I am a member of the Manchester branch of the Leeds community Kollel.

The Kollel has become part of the community. We have a daily night Seder which welcomes all members of the community to learn with a Chavrusa/partner in Holy Law Shul (The Leeds branch do so in their community). We have also a arranged a teenage schmooze for boys by the Members of the Kollel, as well as a waffle baking food for thought by the ladies of the Kolel. The ladies teach in the Jewish Schools in both Manchester and Leeds, true role-models for the next generation. The men host. their own shiurim for different groups of members of the community as well as learning with many individuals. We run youth services and help run children services on Shabbos as well as being involved in events such as a chanuka carnival, a Shabbaton and other events in the pipeworks. 

The Kollel has an intense six day a week learning programme in the morning and afternoon conforming to a very high standard. Our Rosh Kollelim are the cream of the crop who insight us in Torah, and carry the financial burden, Bless them.

Together we will PG learn through the entire Shas in one day on the 6th March.
